NexLean.ai exists because most continuous-improvement work dies the moment the workshop ends. We built the daily habit that keeps it alive.
NexLean.ai is built by Saint Mbakop, a Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 10 years of enterprise operations experience across distribution, manufacturing, and service operations, including KPI and governance frameworks and change leadership work that has delivered measurable, recurring savings in production environments.
He also teaches leadership and decision-making at the City University of New York (CUNY), and holds executive-education credentials in applied data science and business analytics. NexLean.ai is where that practitioner background meets AI: a tool built by someone who has run the Kata cycle on a whiteboard with real teams, not a generic project-management app with a Lean label bolted on.
Kaizen events and improvement workshops generate energy and good intentions, but most teams have no structured way to keep running the loop once the facilitator leaves the room. The whiteboard gets erased. The follow-through problem, not an idea problem, is what actually stalls continuous improvement.
Toyota Kata gives teams a disciplined, repeatable pattern — target condition, current condition, obstacles, experiments — that turns improvement into a daily habit instead of a one-off project. NexLean.ai is that pattern, built into software, with an AI coach that asks the next question instead of handing over an answer.
The goal isn't a bigger backlog of improvement ideas. It's a team that has practiced the habit enough times that running an experiment against a real obstacle feels normal, not intimidating.
The 30-Day Challenge is a guided pilot: bring one real operational problem, and we'll walk your team through a full Kata cycle end to end, with real evidence instead of a workshop memory.
