How is NexLean.ai different from a generic project-management tool?

The Free plan supports up to 3 team members with every feature, unlimited challenges, and the AI Kata Coach included, at $0/month.
What's the difference between the Team and Business plans?
Team is $15 per seat per month for unlimited team members and everything in Free. Business is $25 per seat per month and adds an org-wide rollup view across every team, plus stagnant-challenge flags across the organization.
What is the 30-Day Challenge?
It's a guided pilot for distribution, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to run one AI-guided improvement cycle end to end against a real operational problem, over 30 days, with real evidence instead of a workshop memory.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are recording their first target condition and baseline within a day of signing up. There's no integration project required to start — the 30-Day Challenge is designed to get a team running its first Kata cycle in week one.
Is my organization's data private to my organization?
