Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using NexLean.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. What the Service is

NexLean.ai is a continuous-improvement operating system built around the Toyota Kata practice: target conditions, current-condition facts, obstacles, and PDCA experiments, including an AI Kata Coach that asks Socratic coaching questions grounded in the data your organization has recorded.

3. Accounts and organizations

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Organization admins are responsible for managing who has access to their organization and what role each member holds. Each account currently belongs to a single organization.

4. The AI Kata Coach

The Coach is an AI feature powered by Anthropic's Claude models. It only references data already recorded in your challenge (target condition, current condition, active obstacle, and experiment history) and is designed to ask coaching questions rather than provide directives. It can still be wrong or unhelpful. Treat its output as a prompt for your own thinking, not authoritative guidance. See our Privacy Policy for what data is sent to Anthropic.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access data outside your organization, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Your data

You own the data your organization records. You can delete your own account, or (as an org admin) delete your organization and everything recorded under it, at any time from account settings; both are permanent and can't be undone.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NexLean.ai isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
